Wow, it has been a LOOOOONG time since I've done one of these, huh? And here I said I'd do one of these after every episode. Three episodes later, we see how that turned out.
A lot has changed, honestly. "Power of K" is doing really well, at least better than before. Every episode gets increasingly better. We work in HD now, that's always fun. In the program Sony Vegas. In retrospect, I wish I had it back in the Christmas Tree Redemption days because, not only can we do real interesting things with the camera, the HD deepens the quality of the color scheme better than anything I've ever seen. Speaking of which, Christmas Tree Redemption was a success and brought in a whole new audience. Kiki and Cree share, what I consider, the most complex scene in the series so far (which was also an homage to the Isabella/Hans Solo scene in Phineas and Ferb: Star Wars). Redemption also marks the first time I ever did ALL the ink and paint alone, which is where it stands as of now. presently just specializes in the additional character design (Moe, the rappers in How to Rap, Cheyenne Blackwell and Susie from JUXtaposition, etc.) and the background design. This change shaped the way the show looks in a new light, which I couldn't be prouder of. Ya'll can check out Redemption here: [link]
How to Rap was fun, too. It was the first for a lot of things. It was the first in the According to Cox style, which is something that was inspired by Gravity Falls' "Mabel's Guide To..." series of shorts [link], it was our first HD joint and it was the first time we had guest stars. My friends over at Rap Villain, which is a rap collective, teamed up with me to voice for this joint. Check out their music here, by the way. It's short, funny and a good first-episode for anyone who wants to get introduced to these characters and their personalities. You can see How to Rap over here: [link]
And here we come to our topic, finally: JUXtaposition. Elijah and I wrote this episode somewhere around May of 2015 for an August 2015 release. ...It just came out three weeks ago. Starting off, this is the longest ANY episode of the show has ever taken, including the first. While I do want to save massive amounts of this story for the episode's audio commentary, the episode went through development Hell. Scenes added, scenes deleted, almost half of the episode had to be reanimated, my laptop broke TWICE in production, characters added, characters removed, it was literally ALL of the place. With all of that being said, I am very VERY happy with how it came out. Never before have we gotten to spend so much time with Kiki, Brad and Cree in a much bigger, cinematic story that brings, literally, EVERY character introduced in the show (except for Belittling the Little's Craig) together for this gigantic adventure. It even guest stars YouTube's VERY OWN Pan-Pizza of Rebel Taxi! Thank you to EVERYONE for making this possible. Now, to watch THIS one, you could just look under this paragraph.
So, what does the future hold for Kiki, Brad, Cree and Phineas? The ending of JUXtaposition is suppose to provide leeway to the new on-going plot to the series. There are sprinkles in the background and even the character's dialogue that lead you to see the direction each one of them are going. After this, everyone has an arc, not just Kiki. From this point on, every episode and story will expand on that. Now that you know the characters, it's time that you know the characters.
We found new writers, too! Decided to get my friends Jose, Josiah (the producer of the soundtrack for the show) and Jonathan (the creator of the song at the end of JUXtaposition) to help us craft the thought-provoking stories for the new direction Elijah and myself want to take the show into.
PLEASE share the show with everyone you know and then some! We want this to go to new heights! Also check out the Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and even our new website!
That's pretty much all there is. Next thing is a short about Phineas and zombies! That's all I'm telling ya'll! #LookAlive!

'F#%$ you, Cree!' (Power of K Update)
Alright, y'all. Let's make a deal. Hoooooow about I upload one of these journals after I make a new Power of K and everyone stay happy. Good? Good.
Well, to all two people actually reading this, about two weeks ago the latest, greatest episode of Power of K was released. Cleverly titled "You're Dismissed, Kiki Plus Sis." Yaaaaaaay! ~yay (https://www.deviantart.com/yay)
Soooo, if you haven't seen that by now, be sure to check it out here: http://youtu.be/8g4jdt1K_dQ
Let me start of, three paragraphs in, by saying that I'm extremely proud of this episode. So far, it's gotten us over 700 views, almost 40 more subscribers than before and even some praise (and much needed
'Why can't we live happliy?' (Power of K Update)
Hey guys. It's been, what, a month since my last journal? Better make this one count.
Well, as planned, the all-new episode of Power of K, titled "Belittling the Little", premiered at my school on May 9th and aired on YouTube on May 10th. If you want to watch it, direct your attention here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YATKs89AH8s
Now, at the premiere, there was about 50+ people. They called me and ~elitheray (https://www.deviantart.com/elitheray) (Ink and Painter/Layout and Background artist/Voice of Phineas) to the stage where we basically told the audience about our show and what we do. "Money don't make the world spin. It makes it cat-daddy." After that, they projecte
Power of K is the Power of... Released :I
F&%#in' A, people. I've been working non stop! =____=
For those who don't know, my first full blown hand drawn animated series, "Power of K", was released last month on me and my buddy ~elitheray (https://www.deviantart.com/elitheray)'s collab channel "HairyCarr". If you want to watch it, you can watch it here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wSvfIhhi7Xc&list=FLpsNkB1QPzk1BM_evWbVibw&index=11
To be honest, we could have done A LOT better. Script wise, recording wise, color wise, animation wise, the whole nine. But, yenno, a lot of people like it okay so, I guess that's pretty cool. In fact, my school like what we did SO MUCH that they're having us do a silly little anti-bull
See Me, Fear Me, Meme Me. (Character Meme)
*I did this one a few years back but, I thought it'd be fun to do it with a Power of K character*
